I was working with the electricity industry in Mineral House, Brisbane, when I first developed the biblical geological model. The library of the Mines Department was just one floor below my office and I would regularly pore over their geological maps in my lunch hour.

The geological cross section for Goondiwindi (300 km west of Brisbane) extends from west to east and is typical of the sort of information provided. I’ve included only about 75% the width of the section. The vertical scale on the section is exaggerated. If it was shown in proportion it would be too narrow to see the detail.
