What about Cavemen. Is that just a myth to uphold evolution from apes? Was Adam and Eve Neanderthal looking? Any literture/books on this subject?
Hairy, slumped over cavemen that run around grunting and were only smart enough to make stone tools are the myth of evolutionists.
The stereotypic depiction of Neandertals with the heavy brow ridges above the eyes has been used to help convince people that they were primitive people. However, I have seen a few people walking the streets today that have the same prominent protruding brow ridges. I recall seeing one man in particular that had the brow ridges and shoulder length hair and thinking that he was nearly the spitting image of how evolutionists portray Neandertals. I wish I had a camera with me that day because this man was carrying a computer bag and talking on a cell phone.
From a biblical creation perspective the term caveman just refers to someone that lives in a cave.
One thing to consider is that all the caves that exist today are post-Flood caves and can be no older than 4,500.
People have been living in caves for years, perhaps since God dispersed them at Babel. The Bible talks about a number of people living in caves. When Lot fled from Sodom and Gomorrah, he lived in a cave (Genesis 19:30). When Joshua was leading his people and conquering the land that God promised the Israelites, the 5 Amorite kings that fled from him hid in caves (Joshua 10:16-22). Samson also lived a cave for a time (Judges 15:8). We have 2 references of David living in a cave (1 Samuel 22:1; 24:1-4). The prophet Elijah spent time living in a cave (1 Kings 19:9-13). The 100 prophets in the time of Obadiah also lived in caves (1 Kings 18:4-13). None of the biblical people that lived in caves were primitive.
There are still people today that live in caves. Years ago when I lived in Arizona, I recall watching a news story of a couple that had built their house into a cave north of Scottsdale. They showed the house and the rooms on the news. The home owner said that his cave house was much easier to maintain the heating and cooling than a conventional house. I also recall a similar news story about a family in the foothills just east of San Diego, California that build their house into a cave for the same reasons the Arizona couple had. In Australia, there is an entire community in the Outback that live in caves underground because of the extreme heat of the desert.
While we do not carry any books on the subject, Creation Ministries International does. I would recommend:

From The Doc:
There is a huge line between nudity and sex. As a Psychologist, I can say by study, that children of nudist families, are 74% less likely to experiment in sex than those of non-nudist families. Being exposed to nudity, and seeing it as normal such as Adam and Eve, it is not hidden, and less a chance for them to be perquisite. Where the non nudist families hide the nudity and make it shameful, makes the children more inquisitive as to what it is that is forbidden. Keeping your life as God intended it to be from the beginning is the best thing Parents can do for their children.
When you say that Adam and Eve saw nudity as being normal, I need to remind you that this was only before the Fall. Once they sinned and their eyes were opened to the knowledge of good and evil. They immediately knew that it was NOT normal and that it was WRONG to be naked, which is why they covered themselves up as soon as possible.
Your example of nudists being better adapted is also problematic. They may not be as tempted to experiment in sex as non-nudists, but the fact is that they are more use to living the sinful nudist lifestyle than non-nudists. Scripture makes it perfectly clear that nudity outside the privacy of marriage is a sin. Anyone brought up accepting a sinful lifestyle such as nudism, homosexuality, pornography, pedophilia are more comfortable living in those sinful lifestyles, but that doesn’t mean its right. From a biblical perspective, there isn’t any difference between being a thief or a nudist. They are both sinful lifestyles in the eyes of God and are wrong.
The problem with today’s society is that so many of these sinful lifestyles are not only becoming more socially acceptable, but there is a concerted effort to force them onto everyone else. They do whatever they can to get their sinful lifestyles to be acceptable and made legal. Hollywood is definitely a part of this effort. As a nation starts to embrace these things, the more they are placed under God’s judgment. Romans 1:18-31 says:
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness, and unrighteousness of men, which withhold the truth in unrighteousness.
19 Forasmuch as that, which may be known of God, is manifest in them, for God hath showed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him, that is, his eternal power and Godhead, are seen by the creation of the world, being considered in his works, to the intent that they should be without excuse:
21 Because that when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful, but became vain in their thoughts, and their foolish heart was full of darkness.
22 When they professed themselves to be wise, they became fools.
23 For they turned the glory of the incorruptible God to the similitude of the image of a corruptible man, and of birds, and four footed beasts, and of creeping things.
24 Wherefore also God gave them up to their hearts lusts, unto uncleanness, to defile their own bodies between themselves:
25 Which turned the truth of God unto a lie, and worshipped and served the creature, forsaking the Creator which is blessed forever, Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up to vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature.
27 And likewise also the men left the natural use of the woman, and burned in their lust one toward another, and man with man wrought filthiness, and received in themselves such recompense of their error, as was meet.
28 For as they regarded not to acknowledge God, even so God delivered them up unto a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient,
29 Being full of all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, of murder, of debate, of deceit, taking all things in the evil part, whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, doers of wrong, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, such as can never be appeased, merciless.
31 Which men, though they knew the Law of God, how that they which commit such things are worthy of death, yet not only do the same, but also favor them that do them.
Doesn’t this sound like America today? Now think about other nations in history that became so socially immoral. I think Sodom and Gomorrah, the Greeks and Romans to name a few. As public nudity, sexual permissiveness and perversions became more acceptable; they were placed under God’s judgment and soon collapsed as a nation. We are quickly heading for the same fate unless Christians stand up and stop the onslaught and put people in political office that will have the backbones to stop the legalization of such sinful lifestyles and return our nation to the biblical principles it was founded upon.
The survey results are reasonable. The typical atheist knows more about the bible than the average Christian — having read it before rejecting it as nonsense.
I have spoken to several atheists that not only have read the Bible but a couple of them almost put me to shame in their ability to quote Scripture.
On the flip side of the issue, I have talked to many Christians that have never read their Bibles. I once spoke to a pastor and asked him why he gives an altar call at the end of every service when those attending his church were the same people every Sunday. He told me that he does it because he prays that one by one his parishioners will finally listen to the Word and see the truth of God’s message and make a decision to accept Christ as their Savior. I asked him how many of his congregation did he believe were true born again Christians. He said that he would be surprised if 30% were. Since then, I have asked other pastors the same thing and most have put the number of born again believers in their congregations at less than 50%.
I have contended for years that if Christians knew their Bibles and lived their faith as well as many Muslims or Hindus or members of other religions knew and lived their faiths, that America would still be a staunch Christian nation.
The flagellum, and other favorites of the creationist press, have been so thoroughly refuted over time that the obduracy of the proponents boggles the mind. Yet here it is again — in the same old clothes: if one isn’t capable of understanding it, god must have done it. The correct view is: if one isn’t capable of understanding it, one is simply stupid.
I challenge you to back up your statement about the creationists’ use of the flagellum being refuted. I have studied the flagellum and cilia in molecular biology. While science has been able to discover the ATPase motor proteins involved along with the structure of the flagellar motor complex, not a single evolutionist that I know of has been able to successfully explain how each and every piece of the flagellar motor evolved and then how it all came together by random chance.
